Everything was really good, unbeatable location just off the center of town near restaurants, a casino and the beach, centre, and the lake front with a fantastic view of the water and the volcanoes in the distance, enjoyable experience. The room was a nice size, had a beautiful view to the lake. The bathroom was large and it had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets for my convenience.

The full access to the 24-hour business center and free Wi-Fi were great for staying connected. The hotel's location in a cozy residential area on top of the city offered breathtaking panoramic views. It was like being transported to a world of traditional German architecture mixed with stunning natural surroundings. The hotel's proximity to a variety of attractions and activities made it an ideal choice for adventure-seekers. Whether it was hiking along trails near volcanoes, zip-lining at Philippi Park, or taking a day trip to the Andes Mountains for fishing, there was always something exciting to do. The on-site spa facilities, including a sauna and various massage treatments, provided absolute relaxation. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Wonderful place for a visit to Puerto Varas, it has stunning location right at the lakefront and good services. I appreciated very welcoming personnel that ensures guests have a really great stay. The breakfast is satisfactory.

I recently stayed at Radisson in Puerto Varas for a relaxing getaway. The hotel's central location provided stunning lake and volcano views, making it the perfect place to unwind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel's restaurant had a great dining menu. I had a fantastic stay.

The staff are very welcoming and supper friendly, managed the parking onsite. The rooms are huge and updated with a great view, large window, balcony.

Good breakfast variety with eggs, meat, sausages, cheeses, hams. Comfortable room with lake view, California King bed, and excellent bathroom with 2-person shower and jetted bathtub. Centralized location near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and beautiful location.

Checkin staff are the rudest and most insulting bunch of people I have meet in Chile. If you are an international traveler it is not worth your money to be treated like a second class person.

Location: the hotel was close to Close to everything-3 blocks from a supermarket, the lake front with a fantastic view of the water, and beautiful Puerto Varas. I enjoyed the breakfast experience, the venue served fine food. The staff turned out to be accommodating and incredibly nice.
